o Choose I don't have this person's sign-in information and Add a user without a Microsoft account.

o Type the name of the new account and click on Finish. 

o Allocate a new password to your new account

o Choose the newly created account and click on Account Type.

o Click on Administrator and choose OK.

If you are accessing Windows server 2012

o Click to open Server Manager.
