Looking for Receipt Management in QuickBooks Accounting Software?

  • After selection of banking menu, click on Receipts tab.
Step 1: Adding Receipts
  • Click on Banking menu >> select Receipts tab. 
  • Drag receipts into QuickBooks Online >> click Browse to upload them.

To scan a receipt
·         Install the "QuickBooks Accounting: Invoicing and Expenses" app.
·          Then, click on app and select the menu button.
·         Click on the Receipt Camera, and take a photo of your receipt. 
Once you do, it will automatically appear in the Receipts tab with any other receipts you've added.
Step 2: Review, edit, or match receipts

  • Once your receipts are in QuickBooks
  • ·         Click on Review in the Receipts tab.
  • ·         Select the row for side-by-side view of the receipt you sent and the data we extracted.
 You can also:
·         Click on Review to edit >> Click Add 
·          Select Match
