• Try to open Microsoft Excel

• In the file menu, click to Open

• Search for the location where you have saved the file with .IIF file

• In the File Types, click on All Files

• Choose your IIF File, and then select Open

• Click on Next, choose Finish

• Now, IIF file is displayed on screen

• Make all necessary changes required using MS Excel

• Save all required changes you made to IIF File

o In the file menu, click on Save

o Exit from MS Excel
